Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Atwater Spray Foam Insulation, atwatersprayfoaminsulation.com, hi@atwatersprayfoaminsulation.com

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Atwater Spray Foam Insulation website and any work you ask us to do. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job, you agree to them.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us. You can always call us at (209) 203-1623 with questions before you decide.

What we do

Atwater Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in the City of Atwater, CA. We install spray foam, blown-in and batt insulation, seal air gaps, put in vapor barriers and remove old insulation for homes and businesses in Atwater and the cities around it. Our home page lists our services, and our About page tells you more about our crew.

The site gives general information about insulation. It isn't advice about your house in particular, because we can't know what's in your attic, walls or crawl space until we've looked.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no obligation. Your price depends on things like the size of the area, the material you choose, how much old insulation is already up there and whether any of it has to come out first.

An estimate is based on what we can see and reach during the visit. If we open up an area and find something we couldn't see before, like soaked or contaminated insulation, damaged framing or hidden gaps, we'll stop, explain it and get your OK on any change in price before we do the extra work.

An estimate stays good for the time written on it. After that, material costs may have changed, so we may need to update it.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll set a start date with you and give you an idea of how long the crew will be at your house. Weather, material deliveries and what we find once the job is open can move the schedule, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas and to clear stored items from the attic, garage or crawl space where we need to work, unless we've agreed to do that for you. For spray foam jobs, you also agree to stay out of the house, along with kids and pets, until we tell you it's time to come back in, because the foam needs time to cure.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or reach us through our contact page as soon as you can. If your signed estimate or contract has its own cancellation terms, those terms apply. Any cancellation rights California law gives you still apply too.

Payment

Your signed estimate or contract sets out what you owe, when it's due and how you can pay. If a job runs in stages, the payment schedule will say so in writing before we start.

If a payment is late, we'll reach out to sort it out with you first. We may hold off on scheduling more work until the balance is settled.

Our work and our guarantee

Atwater Spray Foam Insulation is licensed and insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something about the job isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it.

Material warranties come from the makers, not from us, and follow the maker's terms. Apart from our satisfaction guarantee and any written warranty in your contract, we don't promise a set drop in your power bill or a set temperature in any room, because those depend on things outside our work, like your HVAC system, windows, ductwork and how the house is used.

Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by later work by others, leaks, pests, storms, changes you make to the work area, or problems that were already there and that you chose not to have us fix.

Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost use of a room, lost income or costs for a hotel stay during re-entry time, unless the law says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for harm we cause through gross negligence or on purpose, or any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to take away.

The information on this website is given as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current, and we're not responsible for decisions made only from what you read here.

Resolving disputes

If you're unhappy with anything, please call us first at (209) 203-1623, because most problems get fixed faster with a conversation and a visit than with paperwork.

If we can't work it out together, either of us can take the matter to small claims court or to the courts in Merced County, California.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the current one. Changes don't affect a job you've already signed for, which stays under the terms in place when you signed.

If you have a question about these terms, use our contact page or call (209) 203-1623, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
